Building Pathways to self-sufficiency
Real transformation begins with a pathway. Hart To Heart is developing a step-by-step approach that connects individuals with housing, education, skills, support, and opportunities they need to move from instability toward self-sufficiency.

HOUSING: CREATING A FOUNDATION FOR STABILITY
Stable housing is the foundation on which transformation can begin. Hart To Heart is working to develop the God’s Hand Transformational Center–a community designed to bring housing, supportive services, workforce development, and opportunity together.

TRAINING: BUILDING SKILLS. CREATING OPPORTUNITY
Launching in October 2026, the God’s Hand Building Futures Program will provide a 120 hour skilled-trades pre-apprenticeship experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Participants will build practical skills while preparing for apprenticeships, employment, and sustainable careers.
SUPPORTIVE SERVICES: BUILDING MORE THAN SKILLS
Transformation requires more than a place to live or a job to pursue. Hart To Heart is developing a network of supportive services designed to help individuals address barriers, strengthen life skills, pursue education, access resources, and remain on the path toward independence.
